In the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with this zinc spray showed no corrosion even after more than 1050 hours. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental influences.
As a result, this zinc spray meets higher requirements than those stipulated in DIN EN ISO 1461. This zinc spray can be used as a high-quality rust protection primer, for coating welding and drilling points, as a conductive intermediate layer for spot welding and wherever metal needs to be protected against corrosion.
